Do I have to do this program in order to qualify for Hills representative teams?
No, our programs are independently run and for the benefit of improving the skills of all players.
Will doing JYJBA programs assist my child in making a Hills representative team?
A quality program with quality coaches will always improve a player's skills and therefore better position them when they are trialing for teams, both within their own clubs and at representative level.
Do I have to be a Hills representative player to participate in the program?
Absolutely not!. These programs are open to ALL players registered with Hills JBA Clubs.
I can't see a program for my child's age group, can they register for program?
Unfortunately, not at this time. We will be developing other programs for other age groups over time.
What is the cost of the program, and what do we get for that?

How long does the program run for?
The Programs will run for 8 weeks from Monday April 28 2024. More details can be found here.
Where and when are the programs being run?
The programs will be run on Monday nights out of Col Sutton Reserve, Winston Hills and Castle Glen Reserve, Castle Hill

Who owns the JYJBA and where do the profits go?
The John Yard Junior Baseball Association is a Not for Profit Association, run by volunteers
Any profit generated from running the programs will be reinvested into offsetting the cost of future programs

Who will the coaches be?
Our coaches are hand picked, experienced coaches.
They will vary by venue and age group to ensure the right balance and skills are available
Can my child bring a friend who hasn’t played for a Hills Club before?
Only players who are registered with a club within the Hills Junior Baseball Association are able to participate.
